A small synthetic LdEigen reference (per-block LD
eigen-decompositions over 20 SNPs in 2 blocks) for the heritability
estimators (estimateH2 with method = "lder" or
"hdl", and computeLdScores). All identifiers are
synthetic.

eigenList of per-block values / vectors /
snpIdx
over 20 SNPs in 2 LD blocks.
