An LdScore reference (per-variant LD scores, weights,
and per-block LD matrices) for the LD-score-based heritability estimators
(estimateH2 with method = "sldsc" or
"gldsc"). Built by buildLdScore over the first 14
chr22 LD blocks of the de-identified protocol_example reference,
from the same simulated 20,000-person panel as
ldEigenExample, and describes the same variants.
The per-block LD matrices are retained because "gldsc" and
stratified "sldsc" both need them; unstratified "sldsc"
reads only the scores.
Format
An LdScore object (extends LdStatistic) carrying
ldScores, ldScoreWeights, and ldMatrixList over
1300 variants in 14 LD blocks.
