Per-Component Arguments For mashPriorCovariances

Options for each prior-covariance component, keyed by component name. Each entry may be a plain list or the matching constructor – a plain list is spliced into that constructor, so it gets the same defaults and the same checking either way.

Naming a component here also selects it, so components need not be given separately.

Usage

  canonical = NULL,
  pca = NULL,
  flash = NULL,
  flashNonneg = NULL
)

Arguments

canonical

Options for CovCanonicalOptions.

pca

Options for CovPcaOptions.

flash, flashNonneg

Options for CovFlashOptions.

Value

A MashComponentParam object, a MethodParam. names() lists the components that were named, which is also the set that was selected.
