Options for mashr::cov_canonical, which builds the fixed structural hypotheses (identity, singletons, equal effects, simple heterogeneity) from the condition count. These are hypotheses about shape, so they go to the mash fit unrefined.

Usage

CovCanonicalOptions(cov_methods = NULL, ...)

Arguments

cov_methods

Which canonical components to build. NULL (default) leaves mashr's own selection in place.

...

Any other mashr::cov_canonical argument.

Value

A MethodOptions object.

Examples

CovCanonicalOptions(cov_methods = c("identity", "equal_effects"))
#> <MethodOptions: canonical>
#>   forwarded to mashr::cov_canonical()
#> argument names checked against mashr::cov_canonical()
#>   cov_methods            identity     , equal_effects
