Arguments For mashr's FLASH Covariance Components

Options for mashr::cov_flash, a data-driven generator. factors is not settable here: pecotmr sets it to distinguish the "flash" and "flashNonneg" components.

Usage

)

Arguments

subset

Rows of the data to use. NULL (default) uses all.

remove_singleton

Drop singleton effect vectors. Default FALSE.

tag, output_model

Passed through to mashr::cov_flash.

greedy_args, backfit_args

Option lists forwarded to flashier's greedy and backfit stages; mashr nests these itself.

...

Any other mashr::cov_flash argument.

Value

A MethodOptions object.
