Arguments For mashr's PCA Covariance Components

Options for mashr::cov_pca, a data-driven generator. The number of components is not settable here: it comes from mashPriorCovariances(nPcs = ), which the caller also reports on.

Usage

CovPcaOptions(subset = NULL, ...)

Arguments

subset

Rows of the data to use. NULL (default) uses all.

...

Any other mashr::cov_pca argument.

Value

A MethodOptions object.
