The fitted effect curve evaluated AT the traits the functional fit was run over, one row per (credible set, trait). The curve itself lives on a wavelet grid (fsusieCredibleBand); the traits sit at arbitrary positions between grid points, so the effect is linearly interpolated with constant extrapolation past the ends.

Usage

fsusieTraitEffects(x, ...)

# S4 method for class 'FineMappingResultBase'
fsusieTraitEffects(x)

Arguments

x

A QtlFineMappingResult or GwasFineMappingResult.

...

Ignored.

Value

A long tibble: cs, chrom, jointTrait, traitPos, effect (the collection method additionally carries the entry identity columns).

Details

This is the view that pairs a trait's NAME with its position: the names come from the row's jointTraits column and the positions from the fit, index-aligned because both describe the same joint group. Returns zero rows when the functional fields are absent.
