Bundle per-method engine options for
combinePValues. Each entry is named for the method it
configures and built with that method's constructor, so an option meant
for one engine cannot silently reach another.
Usage
PvalMethodsParam(
fisher = NULL,
stouffer = NULL,
invchisq = NULL,
gbj = NULL,
bj = NULL,
hc = NULL,
ghc = NULL,
minp = NULL,
gbj_omni = NULL,
aspu = NULL
)Arguments
- fisher, stouffer, invchisq
Options for those poolr tests, built with
PoolrOptions.- gbj, bj, hc, ghc, minp
Options for those GBJ tests, built with
GbjOptions.- gbj_omni
Options for the GBJ omnibus test, built with
GbjOmniOptions.- aspu
Options for aSPU, built with
AspuOptions.
Value
A PvalMethodsParam object, a MethodParam,
for combinePValues(methodArgs =). names() lists the
methods that were configured.
Details
Each entry may be given as a plain named list instead, which is spliced into that method's constructor and so gets the same defaults and the same checking.
acat, hmp, bonferroni and gates are valid
combinePValues methods but take no options, so they are not
arguments here — naming one is an unused-argument error.
