Build a record of extra arguments for poolr::fisher(), poolr::stouffer() and poolr::invchisq() – the engines behind combinePValues methods "fisher", "stouffer" and "invchisq". All three share one signature.

Usage

PoolrOptions(...)

Arguments

...

Arguments for the chosen poolr test: adjust (the correlation adjustment; pecotmr defaults it to "generalized"), m, size, threshold, side, batchsize and nearpd. The poolr signatures end in ..., so names cannot be checked here and a misspelling is passed through. p and R are supplied by pecotmr and refused: R is the caller's correlation among the test statistics, which pecotmr converts with poolr::mvnconv() into the form the adjustment reads (the covariances of each test's transformed statistic for "generalized", the correlations among the p-values for the effective-number adjustments, unchanged for "empirical").

Value

A MethodOptions record for PvalMethodsParam.
