Options for the aSPU Combination Test

Build a checked record of extra arguments for aSPU::aSPUs(), the engine behind combinePValues method "aspu".

Arguments

Arguments for aSPU::aSPUs(): pow (the SPU powers the omnibus minimises over), n.perm (permutation count – aSPU's p-value resolution is bounded by it), Ps and prune. Zs and corSNP are supplied by pecotmr and refused.

Value

A MethodOptions record for PvalMethodsParam.
