A small synthetic H2Estimate (the output of
estimateH2) carrying the SNP heritability, intercept, and a
per-annotation enrichment table. Intended for the H2Estimate
accessors and h2EstimateToSldscTrait. All identifiers are
synthetic.
Format
An H2Estimate object with h2, h2Se,
intercept, an enrichment data frame, and
annotationJackknifeCoefs.
