TWAS Weights Row — TwasWeightsRow-class • pecotmr

One row's worth of TWAS weights. Build one with twasWeightsRow and pass a list of them as TwasWeights' entry argument.

Slots

variants: A GRanges of the weighted variants.
weights: Per-variant weights, aligned to variants.
fits: Per-method fit payload, or NULL.
cvResult: Cross-validation payload, or NULL.
standardized: Whether the weights are on the standardized scale.
dataType: Optional data-type label.
