One row's worth of fine-mapping: the variants and the stored fit. Build one with fineMappingRow and pass a list of them as a collection's entry argument.

A GRanges of the fit's variants whose metadata columns are the per-variant topLoci values.

susieFit

The stored fine-mapping fit, or NULL.

cvResult

Cross-validation payload, or NULL.
