S4 container for TWAS weight matrices.

weights

Named list of numeric matrices (variants x outcomes).

variant_ids

Character vector of variant IDs (row names for all weight matrices).

methods

Character vector of method names (names of the weights list).

fits

Named list of model fit objects, or NULL.

cv_performance

Named list of cross-validation performance metrics, or NULL.
