Arguments For Unconstrained Deconvolution Refinement

Refining the data-driven components with udr.

The engine is two functions, so each one's arguments travel in their own bundle and are checked against their own live source: init against udr::ud_init()'s formals, fit against udr::ud_fit_control_default()'s names. Splitting them also retired two pecotmr spellings — unconstrainedUpdate and nUnconstrained — that had to be translated back to unconstrained.update and n_unconstrained on the way out.

Usage

CovUdrOptions(init = UdInitOptions(), fit = UdFitOptions())

Arguments

init

Arguments for udr::ud_init(), built with UdInitOptions.

fit

Arguments for udr::ud_fit()'s control list, built with UdFitOptions.

Value

A MethodOptions object.
