Arguments For udr's Initialisation Step

Arguments for udr::ud_init(), which sets up the mixture before udr::ud_fit() refines it. The data and the component matrices are pecotmr's to supply and are refused here; the remaining names — n_unconstrained, n_rank1 — are checked against that function's live formals.

udr's own spellings, not pecotmr's: this is somebody else's signature, so n_unconstrained is written the way udr writes it.
