Extract the trimmed SuSiE fit from a finemapping pipeline result

Returns the trimmed model fit underlying conData$finemappingEntry (a FineMappingRow, or a single-row fine-mapping result), or NULL if no fine-mapping entry is attached.

Usage

susieResult(conData)

Arguments

conData

List. The method-layer entry from a finemapping pipeline result, expected to carry $finemappingEntry as a FineMappingRow or a single-row fine-mapping result.

Value

The trimmed fit (a list with pip, sets, etc.) or NULL.
