Get a GWAS Study's Summary-Statistic GRanges

Return the per-variant GRanges of summary statistics for one study in a GwasSumStats collection.

Arguments

x

A GwasSumStats object.

studyName

Character (length 1) study identifier. Optional when the collection has a single row.

ranges

Optional GRanges restricting the returned variants to those it overlaps. NULL (default) returns the study's full set.

context, trait, annotateSignificance

QTL-only selectors, named here so that supplying one is an error rather than a silently ignored request. A GWAS has no context or trait axis and carries no significance annotation; leave them NULL.

Value

A GRanges object.
