Extract the trimmed SuSiE fit from a finemapping pipeline result

Returns the trimmed model fit underlying con_data$finemappingEntry (a FineMappingEntry S4 object), or NULL if no fine-mapping entry is attached.

Usage

getSusieResult(conData)

Arguments

conData

List. The method-layer entry from a finemapping pipeline result, expected to carry $finemappingEntry as a FineMappingEntry object.

Value

The trimmed fit (a list with pip, sets, etc.) or NULL.
