Format Fine-mapping Post-processing for Protocol Output

Promotes the primary method's per-method post-processing payload to the root level and attaches the unified top_loci table. The primary method's bare FineMappingEntry appears at $finemappingEntry; wrap it into a FineMappingResult collection at the pipeline level once (study, context, trait, method) identity tags are known.

Value

A list with root-level fields including finemappingEntry (a bare FineMappingEntry S4 payload) and top_loci.
