Graph Pre-Pruning Controls For filterRelatedness

Bounds on the graph-based pre-pruning that runs before plinkQC, and on the iterative cleanup that runs after it.

Usage

Arguments

maxComponentSize

Largest connected component left untouched by pre-pruning. Default 20.

reduceFraction

Fraction of highest-degree nodes removed per pre-pruning iteration. Default 0.05.

maxIterations

Maximum plinkQC iterations used to resolve any remaining related pairs. Default 20.

Value

A RelatednessPruningParam object, a MethodParam.
