Settings For mashr Posterior Computation

Options forwarded to mashr::mash_compute_posterior_matrices.

g, data and output_posterior_cov are refused: the first two are the fitted model and the data pecotmr assembles, and the third is the caller's outputPosteriorCov. A is refused as well — the contrast matrix follows from excludeCondition. seed is refused; use setSeed.
