Settings For The mash Mixture-Weight Fit

Options forwarded to mashr::mash, the fit that estimates the mixture weights over the prior covariances. Checked against that function's live formals.

data, Ulist and outputlevel are refused: they are the inputs pecotmr assembles and the output level it needs. seed is refused too — use the caller's setSeed, so one setting governs the whole run.
