Options for the susieR Kriging RSS Diagnostic

Build a checked record of extra arguments for susieR::kriging_rss(), the engine behind krigingOutlierQc.

Arguments

Arguments for susieR::kriging_rss(): r_tol (the eigenvalue tolerance below which an LD eigenvalue is treated as zero) and s (the estimated proportion of LD/sumstats mismatch, which defaults to susieR::estimate_s_rss()). z, R and n are supplied by pecotmr and refused.

Value

A MethodOptions record for krigingOutlierQc(methodArgs =).
