Arguments For Extreme Deconvolution Refinement

Options for mashr::cov_ed, which refines the data-driven components by Extreme Deconvolution. The components to refine are not settable here – they are whatever components produced.

mashr::cov_ed takes ..., so argument names cannot be checked against it; see MethodOptions.

Usage

CovEdOptions(subset = NULL, algorithm = "bovy", ...)

Arguments

subset: Rows of the data to use. NULL (default) uses all.
algorithm: Deconvolution algorithm, "bovy" (default) or "teem".
...: Any other argument mashr::cov_ed forwards.

Value

A MethodOptions object.
