Settings For The CorShrink Null-Correlation Estimator

Options forwarded to CorShrink::CorShrinkData, the method = "corshrink" estimator. data is refused: it is the null z-matrix pecotmr assembles.

ash.control and image default to what pecotmr has always passed, so they are settings now rather than literals.
