Arguments For coloc's Bayes-Factor Scorer

Options forwarded to coloc::coloc.bf_bf. The prior probabilities are not settable here — pecotmr derives them from ColocPriorParam, which its enrichment adjustment also reads — and the two Bayes-factor matrices are supplied by the pipeline.

Usage

ColocOptions(overlap.min = NULL, trim_by_posterior = NULL, ...)

Arguments

overlap.min: Minimum overlap between the two variant sets.
trim_by_posterior: Logical; trim by posterior before scoring.
...: Any other coloc::coloc.bf_bf argument.

Value

A MethodOptions object.
