Whether and how to restrict each fine-mapping result to its credible sets before scoring, using the log Bayes factors.

Usage

ColocLbfFilterParam(
  filterLbfCs = FALSE,
  secondary = NULL,
  concentration = 0.5,
  priorTol = 1e-09
)

Arguments

filterLbfCs

Logical. Restrict to credible-set variants. Default FALSE.

secondary

Optional secondary coverage levels used when selecting credible sets. NULL (default) uses the primary sets only.

concentration

Minimum share of the credible set's posterior mass a variant must carry to be kept. Default 0.5.

priorTol

Prior-variance cutoff for the default filter: effects with V <= priorTol are dropped. Default 1e-9. This is the default filter's own parameter, which is why it lives here rather than beside it — filterLbfCs and secondary select a different filter, and then it does not apply.

Value

A ColocLbfFilterParam object, a MethodParam.

Examples

ColocLbfFilterParam(filterLbfCs = TRUE)
#> <ColocLbfFilterParam>
#>   filterLbfCs              TRUE
#>   concentration            0.5
#>   priorTol                 1e-09
#>   unset: secondary
