Summary#
Single-nucleus ATAC-seq (snATAC-seq) data from ROSMAP, profiling chromatin accessibility in individual nuclei from DLPFC brain tissue. Includes data from MIT cohort (single-site) and harmonized CUIMC + MIT Multiome ATAC data.
